There are some amazing teams of fantastic minds famous throughout history. Creative, intelligent people who got together and invented, engineered, cured, solved, wrote, performed and comtemplated their way to greatness. Because of these dynamic people the world became a better place.
And then, there's us.
We work in a microbiology lab, we're smart people. But we don't want to be doctors (well, not MDs at least, Matt is a PhD student) or engineers or lawyers. We're geeks with imaginations. And we imagined a world not that much unlike our own, a world where space babes crash land on Earth and zombie squirrels terrorize some cross-dressing heroes.
When "Space Babes from Planet V and the Zombie Squirrels of Doom" was born, we realized we couldn't keep it to ourselves. Mostly because people told us to stop talking about it at coffee break. And when we talked about cult horror movies, fantasy novels, or the world... of warcraft... we met similar resistance to geek awesome.
So, we started this website. Now, we can wax philosophic about all of our favourite things and share them with you. Feel free to peruse our little piece of the interwebs, devoted to the geekverse of Matt and Roz.

Favourite scientist: Ancient Greeks because those guys came up with their ideas from nothing and were so influential they held science back for centuries. Oh, they also had some things right, like math and the concept of atoms.
