A Geek Approved Crush – Ryan Reynolds

It seems sufficiently geeky to list the top 5 reasons Ryan has my stamp of approval. You can just peruse this collection of interesting tidbits and stare at the hot pics… Or! You can indulge your geekiness, read my riveting blog, and post something on the forum.
1. Ryan was born in Vancouver, and that means he’s Canadian. We make hot, geeky boys. No one can argue this point.
2. He played a med student in Two Guys, A Girl and a Pizza Place. He’s a smart, or plays them on TV. And Matt said he was good in Adventureland, I would say the lad’s come along way from Van Wilder. Talented dude.
3. Ryan beefed up for Blade: Trinity. The body, my goodness. I will let this pic speak for itself. /drool
4. This year, we all watched Ryan as Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. The comic girl in me cannot get enough of this man. He may also be the Green Lantern. Fantastic. Does GL take his shirt off? He does now! (Also, Deadpool movie. Awesome.)
5. Ryan is married to my all time girl crush Scarlett Johansson. Can I make out with them both? Would that be weird?
I have to admit, my RR crush has only recently developed. You’d think I would have been all over this after Blade, but… terrible confession… I haven’t seen it! I know! {confession: neither have I, although reputable sources tell me the first two rocked, the third sucked - maybe a future marathon?} I watched the first two Blade movies, really enjoyed them, and then had a vampire lull for awhile. My sister loves these movies. I don’t know what happened, I have no excuse.
When Ryan was cast as Deadpool, I was skeptical. He’s pretty, could it work? The answer was a resounding “Shit yeah!” (for me, you can argue about this on the forum). He was also in The Proposal this year, which I haven’t seen. For more obvious reasons. But, I hear good things from girls who do that kind of thing. You can’t avoid him these days, and why would you want to? He has five excellent hottie qualifications (see above).
Now, I’m really looking forward to a Green Lantern movie. This is a super character, he’s a Justice League member, and Ryan is crazy hot. If I had an alien ring and could create anything I could imagine… well, I’ll just keep these thoughts to myself.
